Terms & Condition
- Goods at all times will remain the property of Exclusively You Events (The Owner)
- During the hire period the goods on hire is solely the responsibility of the Hirer (You)
- The Hirer (You) are responsible for the goods from time of acceptance until returned to the owner (Exclusively You Events).
- The Hirer (You) shall be fully responsible for any loss or damages to goods, and will re-imburse the owner for replacement of the said goods.
- Goods must be ready and available for collection as agreed at time of booking. Any aborted deliveries/collections will incur additional cost to you at the price stated by courier at time of re-booking collection.
- A £50 deposit is required at time of booking or 25% of order total if amount is £500 or more. Full payment must be received in cleared funds one month prior to the event booking. Failure to do so will result in the goods not being delivered and cancellation fees being applicable.
- An additional holding fee of £50 will be required on all DIY orders and will be refunded once the goods has been returned and is not damaged.
- Goods for hire are for a period as stated on the order, and the owner must be notified of any extension in the hire period immediately, and you will be charged accordingly.
- Cancellations notified to the owner will incur the following charges:- Cancellations in excess of one month prior to the event booking will incur 30% of the order value. Cancellations under one month and over 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 50% of the order value. Cancellations under 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 100% of the order value.
- Collection - FREE
- DIY Charges will be based on location delivered and collected by reputable courier service.
- Exclusively You Events setup and collection (within 25 mile radius) :-
- a) Centrepieces Only = £25
- b) Chair Covers 50 - 100 = £50.00
- c) Chair Covers 100 - 250 = £75.00
- d) Chair Covers 250 - 400 = £95.00
